Comfortable toilets for the North
It's hard to believe, but even in the 21st century, many people in the world continue to use uncomfortable toilets in a harsh climate, at temperatures of -30°C...-60°C (-22°F...-76°F).

The program "Comfortable toilets for the North" aims to find or develop convenient, economical and modern solutions to this problem."
The lack of an opportunity to organize a well-equipped toilet in settlements with no centralized water supply and sewerage causes excellent public discomfort. Being in a cold toilet can lead to various diseases. In addition, their maintenance in satisfactory sanitary conditions is complex due to the materials used that are not amenable to wet cleaning.
Project objectives: Selection of an easy-to-install and use bio-toilet and its testing in the climatic conditions of Yakutia. To determine the effectiveness and usability of the selected bio-toilet. According to the test results, inform the public about the availability of a convenient alternative to cold, unsettled toilets.
As part of the realization of the project «Comfortable toilets for the North» the portable toilets Separett VILLA 9000 were selected as a test. The choice was based on their stated simplicity of installation, convenience of use, and the lack of need for chemical additives.
